Heat Resistant Coating

A heat resistant coating is engineered to maintain bond strength, appearance and function through repeated heating and high-temperature service. Building on a high-heat coating heritage that dates to 1983, Solechemical Inc. delivers heat resistance through its industrial and specialty coating portfolio, from high-heat nano-ceramics to heat-dissipation coatings, together with the SOLAMIC platform, for cookware, heating components, heat-dissipating parts and glass surfaces. Service temperature ratings for each product are provided in its technical data.

What it is

Heat resistance is the ability of a coating layer to keep its bond and appearance under repeated heat exposure. Solechemical engineers heat resistance by combining its high-heat coating experience with ceramic coating technology.

Why it matters

Surfaces that stay stable at high temperatures support longer product life and a dependable user experience, and keep heating processes consistent. Adding heat dissipation can further improve thermal management in components.
