What does Solechemical do?
Solechemical Inc. is a Korean green coating technology company that engineers PFAS-alternative coatings for non-stick, release, chemical, heat and other functional surface performance. The company was established in 2020 and builds on a coating technology heritage that began in 1983.
Which industries do your coatings serve?
Cookware is one of many applications. We serve industrial molds, food processing equipment, industrial components and glass and concrete substrates, with mobility, electronics and architecture in joint application development.
What does PFAS-free mean on your products?
PFAS-free is a technical designation applied at the product and grade level. Applicable criteria and supporting test data are documented in each product's technical data.
Can your coatings run on our existing production line?
We review your existing process and curing conditions, then confirm fit through sample evaluation and a line trial. We can also propose one-pack grades that streamline your process.
How do we request a sample?
Select Sample Request on our contact page and share your substrate, end product, target performance and process conditions. An engineer will follow up after review.
How do we get TDS, SDS and COA documents?
Technical documents are provided on request in their current version for each product and grade. Request them through the Resources or Contact page.
Do you offer custom development?
Yes. We adjust standard grades or co-develop new formulations around your substrate, process and performance targets.
Do you support international customers?

- PFAS
- Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, a group of materials used across industries for non-stick, water repellency, chemical resistance and other functions.
- PFAS-Free
- A technical designation Solechemical applies at the product and grade level. Criteria and supporting data are documented in each product's technical data.
- Non-Stick
- A surface property that lets materials release easily from the surface.
- Release
- The ability of a surface to let products separate cleanly from molds or equipment after forming or processing.
- Substrate
- The base material that receives the coating, such as metal, glass, plastic, film or concrete.
- Curing
- The process by which an applied coating forms a hard film through heat or ambient reaction.
- One-Pack
- A single-component coating format that streamlines preparation before application.
- Two-Component
- A coating format in which base and hardener are mixed just before use.
- Aging
- A stabilization period that brings a mixed coating to application-ready condition.
- Sand Blasting
- A pretreatment that roughens the substrate with abrasive media to strengthen coating adhesion.
