- Stable bonding at the nano scale delivers durable surface performance with an efficient process.
Green Coating Technology
The most convincing green surfaceis the one that performs longer.
Solechemical defines green coating on four fronts: PFAS-alternative materials, functional performance, longer product life and efficient processing. Each front is documented with product- and grade-level technical data, so sustainability becomes a specification your team can evaluate.
- PFAS-alternative material design
- Non-stick, release and durability engineering
- Longer product life through high-hardness and chemical-resistant coatings
- Process efficiency through one-pack coatings and line-matched formulation

PFAS Alternative Surface Technology
The functions PFAS delivered,re-engineered with alternative chemistry.
PFAS-based materials have delivered non-stick, water repellency, chemical resistance, low friction and weatherability across many industries. Solechemical develops ceramic-based surface technologies that deliver those functions through PFAS-alternative chemistry. Of the company's four registered patents and one filed PCT international patent application, the patent for a PFAS-free high-heat release ceramic coating and its corresponding PCT application form the foundation of this technology.
PFAS restrictions and product requirements continue to evolve across major markets, including U.S. states and the European Union. Solechemical develops PFAS-free coating technologies at the product and grade level to help manufacturers prepare for material transitions and changing market requirements, with applicable criteria documented for each product.
- Alternative design for non-stick, release and low surface adhesion
- Alternative design for chemical resistance, weatherability and surface protection
- PFAS-free designation at the product and grade level, linked to technical documentation
- Transition support built around your existing production conditions

Nano-Link Pairing System
Release-loaded ceramic particles, paired with sapphire nanopowder.
The Nano-Link Pairing System is Solechemical's patented coating technology for stainless steel, built on a nano-link pairing structure that bonds release-loaded porous ceramic particles with sapphire nanopowder. The sapphire nanopowder raises the heat and wear resistance of the coating layer on stainless steel surfaces for a longer service life, while low surface roughness delivers smooth, excellent release. Together with our siloxane-based organic-inorganic hybrid structure, it forms one of the two pillars of Solechemical's ceramic coating technology.
- Pairing structure: release-loaded porous ceramic particles bonded with sapphire nanopowder
- Stainless steel surfaces: higher heat and wear resistance for a longer service life
- Smooth surface: low surface roughness for excellent release

Nano-Ceramic Coatings
A hard, clear ceramic layerthat changes what a surface can do.
Built around the SOLAMIC platform, Solechemical's nano-ceramic coatings are engineered on a siloxane-based organic-inorganic hybrid structure that unites ceramic and organic components in a single network. On this foundation they combine high hardness, non-stick, release, chemical resistance and heat resistance to suit each application, and on stainless steel our in-house Nano-Link Pairing System adds heat and wear resistance with release. We develop grades for metals as well as glass, organic resin surfaces, concrete and films, with hardness and service temperature specifications provided in each product's technical data.
- Core structure: siloxane-based organic-inorganic hybrid + Nano-Link Pairing System (stainless steel)
- Application-specific performance: hardness, non-stick, release, chemical and heat resistance
- Substrate-specific grades: metal, glass, resin, concrete and film
- Process options including ambient and low-temperature cure grades

One-Pack Process
Designed for the factory floor,as well as the lab.
SOLAMIC one-pack ceramic coatings arrive as a single, ready-to-use solution. Mixing and aging steps are designed out, so the coating goes straight to the line. You use only the amount you need, reducing raw-material loss and waste, and the material stores at room temperature for simple handling. It runs on your existing production line and equipment as they stand, and a simpler preparation stage brings more consistent quality and shorter process time. Curing follows the conditions in each product's TDS, and we help your team evaluate adoption on a total processing cost basis alongside unit price.
- Single ready-to-use solution: mixing and aging steps designed out
- Use only what you need: less raw-material loss and waste
- Room-temperature storage: simple material handling
- Existing lines as they stand: adoption on your current equipment
- Consistent output: tighter quality and shorter process time
- Total processing cost comparison support
